THE BELHAVEN

The Belhaven was designed and built for the 1997 Parade of Homes in the Timbers at the Pinery south of Parker.  The home was built with an insulated concrete form system which eliminated wood exterior wall framing.  The home's annual heating bill for 6000 square feet of conditioned space is guaranteed not to exceed $76/month.
