JOHN KUROWSKI
President

John Kurowski formed Kurowski Development Co. in the fall of 1976 and has since been dedicated to building energy efficient, environmentally conscious custom homes.

Recent custom homes throughout Denver include areas such as Greenwood Reserve at Cherry Creek, Boulder, Castle Park Ranch, Castle Pines, Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills, Conifer, Country Manor, East Rim Estates, Evergreen, Lowry, Plum Creek, The Preserve, The Ranch, Roxborough Park, the Timbers at the Pinery, and Summit County.

He has built a staff of experienced professionals who are well versed in a wide variety of Custom Home Design and Construction.

    John Kurowski was appointed to Chair the National Green Building Conference to be held in Austin, Texas, March 14-16, 2004, at the Hilton Austin Hotel and Convention Center. The National Home Builders Association promoted this event as part of the leadership commitment to Green Building. He was also selected to be the Closing Keynote Speaker during the Green Building Awards Ceremony.
